Who Can Shop With Us

To shop on our site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian

  • Provide correct and complete contact and delivery information

  • Use a valid payment method (M-Pesa, debit card, etc.)

Products and Pricing

  • All our prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • We do our best to show accurate product descriptions and images. However, minor variations in colour, size, or packaging may occur.

  • Prices and promotions may change at any time, but what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Orders and Payment

  • Once you place an order, we will confirm via email or SMS.

  • Orders are processed after payment is confirmed (unless you choose Cash on Delivery, where available).

  • We accept M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and other secure online payment options.

  • Lush Hair Kenya reserves the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or suspected of fraudulent activity.

Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver to all major towns and cities across Kenya.

  • Delivery fees depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.

  • We aim to deliver within 2–5 business days in urban areas and 3–7 days for rural or remote locations.

  • Lush Hair Kenya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always follow up to ensure you get your order.

Return & Refunds

  • You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened products or personal-use items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after we receive the item and confirm eligibility.

Intellectual Property

All images, logos, text, and designs on our website are the property of Lush Hair Kenya or our partners. You may not copy, use, or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to give you the best service and products, we are not liable for:

  • Any loss caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by delivery partners

  • Damages due to misuse or improper application of products

Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
